PRIVACY POLICY AGREEMENT

Effective as of August 1, 2023

Ad Physicus values its users’ privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) will help you understand how we collect and use personal information from those who visit our website or make use of our online facilities and services, and what we will and will not do with the information we collect. Our Policy has been designed and created to ensure those affiliated with Ad Physicus of our commitment and realization of our obligation to privacy standards.

This Policy governs the web pages for adphysicus.com (the “Site”,” us” or “we”) and is only in effect for the web pages owned and operated by the Site. By using the Site you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated within this Privacy Policy Agreement, and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and the Site’s Terms, including limitations on damages, jurisdiction of disputes and application of the laws of the State of North Carolina. It is up to you whether to disclose personal identifiable information (PII) to us, although if you elect not to do so, we reserve the right not to register you as a user or provide you with any products or services. Countries Outside the United States

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

The Site serves general users of the World Wide Web. We support and comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, nor do we share such information with third parties. If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of 13, we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system’s database. Children under the age of 18 may not use the Site.
